Spring can be a stressful time for students. Exams, end of semester projects and making plans for the next year or next semester can be very challenging. As these stressors pile up it can be a feel like a difficult and sometimes lonely struggle.
The good news is that Mindfulness practices can help students manage this stress in healthful ways, and can help with exam performance as well. Mindfulness practiced in a safe community can ease the sense of isolation many students experience.
