Mindfulness is so much more than a personal practice that has been demonstrated to improve both mental and physical health. Mindfulness is also a transformative skill we can acquire, a compassionate way of seeing and interacting with those around us. Mindfulness trains us in the power of the pause, increasing our awareness of what we are both experiencing and expecting, freeing us to choose our responses, not be driven by our reactions.

From January to June e will be examining communication, resilience, and discipline through the lens of mindfulness.

But often we find ourselves struggling to bring those changes to bear in our relationships with friends, partners, spouses, children, work associates, etc. These sessions are about learning simple practices that empower us to bring our best selves more fully into our relationships.
