Chair based stretching and games are a safe, fun way to keep our bodies flexible and healthy. Stronger muscles make every day activities such as washing, dressing, shopping or doing house work easier and less of a strain. Mindfulness helps keep our minds and hearts flexible and healthy, reducing stress and anxiety and increasing calm. Kate Morgan, Mindfulness Trainer & Practitioner, will lead the group through an hour of stretching and coordination exercises as well as a simple mindfulness practice focused on gratitude, joy and anxiety reduction.
