Chair based stretching and games are a safe, fun way to keep our bodies flexible and healthy.

One of the most important things you can do is stay active. Regular physical activity improves both mental and physical health, and boosts immune function. 

Kate Morgan, Mindfulness Trainer & Practitioner, will lead the group through an hour of stretching and coordination exercises as well as a simple mindfulness practice focused on gratitude, joy and anxiety reduction.

$5 suggested donation (not required)

 Tea and good conversation follow every session.
